Alison Maria Krauss, born 23rd July 1971, is an American singer and musician. Her career began in the music industry in her early years, as she was just 10 years young. When she was 14, she dropped her first solo album, after joining Rounder Records. She was a part of the group which she continues to perform, Alison Krauss Union Station. They released their first album in the year 1989.
