Angela Maria Ani DiFranco - an Canadian and American singer/songwriter. Over 20 albums have been made available by her. DiFranco classifies her music as folk-rock or alternative. However, it includes influences like punk, hip-hop, and jazz. Ani diFranco was the first artist to establish her own record label in 1990. Ani is widely considered as a feminist icons. DiFranco was a born on 23rd September, 1970, in Buffalo New York. Her parents were Elizabeth (Ross), from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Dante Americo DiFranco.
